HOME FIELD RULES
Per Long Beach Poly Athletics
- NO Alcohol or Personal Ice Chests/Coolers (Team Coolers Permitted)
- NO Seeds or Peanuts
- WATER ONLY on the field (Playing field) (No Food Or Sports Drinks)
- NO Parents on the field at anytime. Bleachers are only areas permitted for spectators.

Weights are as of the certification date. Certification usually occurs between August 15 and August 25 for most participants.
Cheer and Dance participants must meet the same age criteria, and usually participate with a football team whose ages correspond to the cheerleaders.
