Per Long Beach Poly Athletics
- NO Alcohol or Personal Ice Chests/Coolers (Team Coolers Permitted)
- NO Seeds or Peanuts
- WATER ONLY on the field (Playing field) (No Food Or Sports Drinks)
- NO Parents on the field at anytime. Bleachers are only areas permitted for spectators.

Orange Empire Conference (OEC)
Orange Empire Conference is one of 15 conferences in the WESCON region. The WESCON region is one of 8 National regions of Pop Warner Little Scholars, and is made up of conferences in Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Southern California.
The Conference boundaries include all of Orange County and small parts of Los Angeles County.
The Orange Empire Conference is a Pop Warner Little Scholars organization, which provides football, cheerleading, and scholastic programs for girls and boys from ages 5 to 15. All member associations provide tackle football, cheerleading, and scholarship programs. In addition, some of the associations provide flag football programs.
The Orange Empire Conference is incorporated as a California non-profit public benefit corporation, and is operated by an elected Commissioner who is assisted by other elected officers. A board, made up of Commissioners and the Presidents of the member associations, establishes the rules and policies for the conference level. Pop Warner Little Scholars establishes the rules and procedures at the national level for all Pop Warner associations.
